External thermal insulation
The external thermal insulation system and dry wall construction system provide high levels of sound and heat proofing that go far beyond those of conventional construction.
The external insulation system can be used both in new and existing buildings to enhance their thermal comfort and increase the building’s life. Thermal bridges are eliminated thus reducing the likelihood of condensation forming internally whilst also minimising the potential for plaster cracks due to the reduction of thermal movement of the materials.
The external thermal insulation system consists of the following:
• Thermal insulation polystyrene or mineral slabs
• Adhesive mortar
• Plastic anchors
• Mesh
• Base layer mortar
• Final moral coat
All the building materials satisfy the European Standards and are certified by the appropriate authorities.
Materials such as insulation, water- proofing and fireproofing of the structure are certified to fulfil environmental sustainability and durability.
